I know the feeling. I'm actually a ghostwriter during the day, but I started to feel seriously burnt out after the first of the year. I finally managed to complete all my projects this month and I'm taking a breather to focus on my own stuff.

That being said, I usually ghostwrite "romance with erotica"! Ha! We might have the opposite problem after all!

I just need an outlet for fun so I don't feel pressured to write. I finished a very serious book that took a lot of life out of me and took a long time. Now that I'm done, I decided to look into the adult niche. I am leaning more towards romance with erotica rather than purely erotica. Who knows. I like writing about sex. Anyway, hopefully, I can get some personal encouragement to start writing again after my book. Maybe one day I can live the "hot and cranky writer in the tropics" aesthetic, but for now, work and school call my name, haha!
